You are reading this because you know you are ready to make a change in your life!
This four-week program provides a structure to your daily routine and to help you feel empowered in your life. It includes an introduction to yoga, meditation, and breathwork techniques designed to bring focus, strength, and flexibility, in both body and mind.
Although all sessions contain a physical element, we dive deeper into what it means to be a Yogi. How to integrate the qualities of a Yogi into your everyday life, and the philosophy behind the practice.
Each week consists of five thirty-minute sessions that weave fundamental postures, with ancient Yogi wisdom. You will learn how to find stillness in a busy mind, improve physical stability, establish a consistent routine and genuinely find ways to live with a more open heart.
Everyday Yogi is designed for those looking to build a toolkit of a healthy morning routine. A practical approach to mindfulness and physical health, focusing on realistic techniques that can be applied to everyday life.
A simple 30 minutes a day makes a big impact to change your life!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Week 1: Foundations of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation
Week 2: Progression of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation
Week 3: Yoga Off The Mat (Yamas) Philosophy + Physical Practice
Week 4: Yoga Off The Mat (Niyamas) Philosophy + Physical Practice
Each session is 30 minutes long.
There are 5 sessions per week, and 2 days off to integrate.
It is suitable for beginners.
We will stay connected as a community via the Facebook Group
to share our collective experiences.
