UPCOMING CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Group Yoga Classes
I am currently not teaching in-person classes at the moment due to location changes. But I would love to see you online!
Fridays | Online | 7am Mixed Ability Hatha Yoga
Following the style of hatha yoga, we will learn the basic asanas (postures) in a way that is safe and comfortable for the body, whatever your capability. To understand that Yoga is not about flexibility, but connection to self and spirit.

Hatha Yoga translates as "Ha" & "Tha" meaning sun and moon. Most likely it is the style of Yoga you will have experienced in a general Yoga class, but the aim is to balance the opposing energies: sun & moon, masculine & feminine, and to bring harmony to the different energy channels in the body.
We will work through flows and postures which can be adjusted to all abilities. Yoga is about cultivating internal flexibility and strength, as much as it is the external postures.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
online or in-person
1:1 or small group sessions truly make a huge difference to progressing in your practice.
In these sessions, I use hands on adjustments to deepen and expand your body's capabilities, and to allow you to access the space which is within your body waiting to be stretched into.
We can tailor the sessions to your needs, focus on areas you would like to improve, or make session plans to improve any injuries or weaknesses you might need to work around.
This is personally one of my favourite ways to share Yoga asana.

OUT OF DARKNESS
ONLINE PRIVATE SESSIONS

These sessions are specifically for those who are experiencing deep struggle with the mind. For those who know what it feels like to live with a mind that creates and destroys in a single breath. If you are feeling constantly unbalanced, low, high, or disassociated from your being. This is for you. To begin the steps to move out of darkness and in to light.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or simply unstable mood, we will have an online hour session together which will include pranayama and asana, and a little meditation to help bring you into a centred place in your day.
