5 DAY SADHANA: A DAILY PRACTICE PROGRAM



What is 5 Day Sadhana?
I designed this program to facilitate an immersive practice experience. To explore different pranayama, meditation, asana, and styles of Yoga.
​
The effect of Yoga is cumulative. It is great to go to a class once a week, but the deepest benefits come from a consistent, regular practice. It doesn't always need to be a physical asana practice. But taking time on the mat daily is where the next level of transformation lies.
​
5 Day Sadhana is a combination of both online & in-person practices, from myself (Emily Pulletz) and guest teachers from India.
​
The next program is running from
Monday 5th January - Saturday 10th January 2026.
​
The cost if £50 for 6 Yoga Sessions.
