3) Start to feel your own magic. That you are becoming fully yourself. The feeling grows that anything is possible.

My journey into Yoga began in order to heal my mind from the mental struggle it was experiencing.
​
To me, these ancient wisdoms provided an immersive pathway which brought clarity, strength, and softening into my life. They brought my consistency in a mind that was ever changing and constantly moving from highs to lows.
​
I realised that to do epic things, you also had to have some "boring" foundations to stand upon. Where my brain space was previously taken up by overthinking, I now had new capacity to step into other aspects of life: adventure!
​
Once I got my foundations straight, a huge activation occurred.
​
Keeping calm in the outdoors is supported by meditation practices. A mobile body for adventures is supported by a constant movement or Yoga practice. A mind able to make good decisions is cultivated by committing to your own wellbeing daily.

Yoga helped to balance me.
Adventure helped to activate me.
