Each week consists of five thirty-minute sessions that weave fundamental postures, with ancient Yogi wisdom. You will learn how to find stillness in a busy mind, improve physical stability, establish a consistent routine and genuinely find ways to live with a more open heart. Everyday Yogi is designed for those looking to build a toolkit of a healthy daily routine. A practical approach to mindfulness and physical health, focusing on realistic techniques that can be applied to everyday life. A simple 30 minutes a day makes a big impact to change your life!
